Dan is the Broker/Owner of ‘The Shiver Real Estate Agency’, located in Paterson, New Jersey. He is also the Founder and Host of 'Follow My Beat', a show that educates, inspires, and motivates while providing fun and entertainment.
Dan is the owner of Dan Dan Music, a deejay, light and sound company. Dan has been involved with music since he was a kid. He deejays for weddings, anniversaries, holiday parties, sweet 16’s, company parties, communions, birthday parties and more.
Dan is very active in community service. He volunteers with Rotary, Greater Paterson Chamber of
Commerce and Children's Aid and Family Services.
